1. Agreement

By installing or using the Braille Hub Microsoft 365 Add-in, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the add-in.

2. Publisher

The add-in is published by Soroush Neyestani.

3. Open-source license

The Braille Hub software repository is currently made available under the MIT License. The applicable copyright notice and MIT License remain authoritative for rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the open-source software, subject to the license terms.

The repository license is available at the public project repository.

4. Add-in functionality

The add-in provides Braille Hub text and music accessibility functionality for supported selections in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Supported behavior may depend on the Office host, Office API support, and the current Persian Braille specification profile.

5. User responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing generated Braille output before relying on it, distributing it, printing it, or using it in a context where accuracy is important.

You must use the add-in lawfully and must not use it to violate the rights of another person or organization.

6. Third-party platforms

The add-in operates within Microsoft 365 and its production web assets may be delivered through GitHub Pages. Microsoft and GitHub products and services are governed by their own applicable terms and policies.

7. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher and contributors are not liable for claims, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or its use.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

9. Availability and changes

The add-in, its specification profile, supported hosts, or distribution method may change over time. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with Microsoft 365 or Marketplace requirements.

10. Termination

You may stop using the add-in at any time by removing it from Microsoft 365. Rights under the MIT License remain governed by that license.

11. Privacy

Use of the add-in is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
